Chapter 37 this year presented a check for $155,000 to Pat Montuore, Founder/CEO of Police Unity Tour. The Board members of Chapter 37 would like to express their sincere thanks to all Chapter 37 members and supporters for their fundraising efforts. The Police Unity Tour as a whole donated a check for $1.1 Million Dollars which will be used to complete phase 1 of the Memorial Restoration Project which includes the re-engraving of the nearly 19,000 law enforcement officers names currently on the memorial wall. The Police Unity Tour to date has donated more than $8 million to the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund.

End of Watch: February 22, 1972

On Feb 22nd, 1972 Police Officer Thomas Duggan of the Philadelphia Police Dept., died from injuries sustained during an altercation with an individual while on duty four days earlier. Thirty-eight years after his death, Chapter 37 New York of The Police Unity Tour as well as other friends and family helped sponsor this Hero Plaque which was dedicated in his name on June 09, 2010. TK Duggan, Officer Thomas Duggan's son, is a long time friend and sponsor of Chapter 37 New York.
