Below is Chapter 37 New York's 2012 Police Unity Tour Application, applications will be accepted until December 01, 2011. Please fill out all boxes and submit your application fee prior to the cut off date. Your application will not be considered complete until your application fee is received. You can submit payment through PayPal (recommended) or by mail, but understand, sending through mail may delay your application from being processed. This year's participants (riders/support/motor) will be required to raise $1750.00. This amount covers expenses such as insurance, food, lodging, supplies and support vehicles to ensure rider safety.

The payment option, you may pay your application fee with either PayPal or by mail, if you are mailing your payment or you have problems with either step 1 or 2 please let us know by email at chapter37@policeunitytour37.com.

After your application AND application fee is received, you will be sent a confirmation email. If you do not receive this email please let us know so we can check our records.Thank You!

STEP 2 - Payment of Application Fee
A $60.00 non-refundable/non-transferable application fee MUST be submitted in order for your application to be considered received and complete.

Your application will NOT be considered complete until payment is received.
Once your application AND payment is received you will be sent a confirmation email from Chapter 37 advising you of how your placement on either the 2012 active roster or our alternate roster is handled. All new riders will be MANDATED to contact our training committee to set up an evaluation ride to assist with training for the Tour. Any new rider who fails to complete a training evaluation may forfeit their roster spot. Chapter 37 will be allotted around 100 TOTAL spots for riders and support,
so please get your applications in as early as possible.
ALL completed applications received after the deadline will automatically be placed on the alternate roster.
